These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lb98 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the User") who registers for, accesses, or uses the lb98 website at lb98.bet, including all services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the Platform. By registering an account or using any part of the lb98 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Betting and Gaming Rules

In sports betting, the rules for each sport and bet type are set by lb98's sports book operators. Settled bets are final. Bets placed after an event has concluded — or after the in-play window for that market has closed — will be void.

lb98 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or on an incorrect market. Where lb98 exercises this right, the stake will be returned to the player's account. In casino games, each round's outcome is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from the relevant game provider. lb98 does not control or adjust individual game outcomes.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with lb98.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that uses lb98 as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix game outcomes or exploit betting markets.

Clause 8

Account Suspension and Termination

lb98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where lb98 has reason to believe a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk of financial crime. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily withheld until the investigation concludes.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the lb98 platform — including the lb98 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of game content — is the property of lb98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lb98 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any lb98 content without prior written permission.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lb98 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, or service interruptions. lb98's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lb98's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Clause 11

Amendments to These Terms

lb98 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lb98 will make reasonable efforts to inform registered users, which may include a notice displayed on the platform at login or a notification to the registered mobile number. Updated Terms take effect upon publication at lb98.bet/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes
